Jali Film Weekender is brought to you by Jali Collective, a grassroots, not-for-profit collective based in Edinburgh, dedicated to celebrating Black, African and diaspora stories through film and culture. We're a small, passionate team working largely on a voluntary basis, driven by a shared belief in the power of cinema to bring people together, spark conversations and create space for stories and perspectives that are too often overlooked.

Making the festival as accessible as possible is at the heart of what we do. From our free Extended Reality (XR) Exhibition to community tickets and travel bursaries, we work to remove barriers and ensure that as many people as possible can experience and enjoy the Weekender. If you believe in what we're building, please consider making a donation. Every contribution, however small, helps us bring Jali Film Weekender to life.

Thank you for your support!
